Topping Street

I miss with lifetime sadness my love of Topping Street
The walks we had on Comos' shores; when life was complete,
Oh, the simple Irish diner to which we did meet
Lead to the hours of love on Topping Street
Strolling with you on Shepherds Road, I saw a human heart discrete
It led me on a path to full view, with what all before you left incomplete
The night we shared giving back to others; made my lifetime's lack of love find its defeat
But sadly, I was left by you alone in tribulation of the impregnation; I would never get the chance to great
My happiness for you so sadly died in the cemetery at the end of Topping Street......
