Too Proud To Play

If we go back
If we ever would
Roll back the track
And do it as we should

When we go back
If we ever would,
Will we still lack
The knowledge of what is good?

A smile is lost
With every passing day
As molten frost
Trespasses clay

And we become
Too proud to play
As this pride seems
To save our way
