Too More

Two more
Two more days in hell

Too more
Too much pain
on which to dwell

Two more
Two more remembrances
I'd rather have to forget
Too many more failures
of memories
that should not...

Too few smiles
Too few who care
Too few calls
Too many a' stair

Too few days
to mend this soul
Too many days
Than are my goal

Too few dreams
Too few loves
Too many cares
Too many shrugs

Skelton, skeleton
Walk on by
Show me how
In peace to die

Twenty-two past two
T'was the hour of death
On the twenty second
Odd, the tweny-second
of another month
was his birthday

He took his last breath
When the grimace
of death
Stared me down
Shook me to my core
I left the room shaken...
I could not stay no more...

Never recovered...
Never again to even try...
For now I've discovered
What ir means to die."
