Isaac was blind He couldn't see That Jacob, not Esau His blessing received Esau had sold his birthright For a bowl of bean soup Some might consider him An utter nincompoop But when you are hungry You're too blind to see That your actions right now May affect Eternity

Great write... it can be taken many ways, we are often too blind to see that our actions could last an eternity when we are driven by the hunger... :) hugs
