That splash of pink in the sky persistantly draws my eye. The setting sun, the waning day, daylight quickly slides away. A last gift before it goes, the pastel mural the sky now shows. see "about this poem" for the inspiration for this poem

It's at times like these I wish I was one of those people that always carry a camera with them. At the very least there is poetry... lol. Delightful little piece... I enjoyed it's easy-going-ness... and thanks for reading my haiku this morning. It was much appreciated :)
