Tomorrow

Whether tomorrow I’ll run bonkers,
Whether tomorrow I’ll die,
Whether tomorrow my worst fears will come alive,
Is a question only tomorrow can answer.

Whether tomorrow I’ll lose someone I love,
Whether tomorrow fear constricts my heart,
Whether tomorrow I’ll lose my sense of art,
Is a question only tomorrow can answer.

Whether tomorrow I’ll see no noon,
Whether tomorrow I’ll hear no birds,
Whether tomorrow I’ll feel no sun,
Is a question only tomorrow can answer.

Tomorrow feels like an eternity,
And deep inside my heart,
A lonely question stirs,
When will tomorrow ever come if not tomorrow?
And what will happen when tomorrow comes?
