Tomorrow

"I'll see ya tomorrow" is the last thing he said.
Giving a hug and that cocky grin,
The grin that made you feel special and safe.
The world stopped when he left that day.
Red lights, Blue uniform, no good news,
Nothing can make it change no matter trying how hard.
Think back before the world stopped,
Now we must hug him and remember that grin.
We say Good-Bye gently each day that passes.
"I'll see ya tomorrow" is the only thing he said.
He just never said how many it would be.
