Tom La Fool
There was this old man who knew everyone
Named Tom La Fool
He sat in the park and he had a dog,
Think he called him Blue
He would tell his story to just anyone
Then claim it's true
The day he went home and found a note
From his dear wife Sue
It said I can't live with you anymore
So I'm just leaving you
I met a great man that I love a lot
He really loves me too
Tom walked to the park and sat on a bench
Only one made for two
He would say this seat here is for my wife
I know she'll be here soon
So with Blue at his feet, he spent his life
Old man Tom La Fool
