red roses are fine
to give me sweet valentine
but this year I want
tokens that lasts a lifetime
honesty, trust, commitment

I love the poem but hate the last part how about just say (take my hand) after lifetime put take my hand or something that refers to holding on. You should end this poem not let it linger. But it's better then alot of poems I wrote so excellent poem poet. I'm litsenning

Tanka is a form of poetry which only allows 5 lines with specific number of syllables, Sean. Thanks for reading it and your kind advice.
