Togetherness
As we lay in the bed
Upon his chest rests my head.
I listen to his heart beating in rhythm with mine
A love so intertwined.
Feeling at peace, my heart at ease.
A hug so sweet, love that makes me feel so complete.
He wraps me in his love.
I feel as if he were sent from above.
Together night and day,
Forever our love will stay.
