Today's Life

This is written by a 12 year old student. CEG. No credit for me the teacher except encouraging

Today's Life
He's looking down at that shiny screen in oblivion
Wasting time away
He is not the only one
One girl looks up, past the sea of glassy eyes
Waiting to become one of them
Because we all will

There is no escape from the lure of
media
Here we all are, walking away
Looking down
with nothing to show
