Today Is, the Best Day Ever

Wow, look at this, look at that
“Today is the best day ever”
A New event, a new adventure
“Today, is the best day ever”
 
She learned to do the hula hoop
“Today is the best day ever”
Afraid of heights, now she climbs 
“Today, is the best day ever”
 
Almost, every single day.
My little niece says:
“Today, is the best day ever”
Amazed with little things.
 
Life is an exciting trip.
Children know, they’re travelers
Every day is different 
It is always something new.
 
Let’s not lose our sense of wonder
Let’s not stop seeing and living
Every day, as:
“The best day ever.”
