Today I Ride Alone
Today I ride alone
One may decide I'm lonely
But i feel right at home
Been by myself a long time now
Seen sky so big I vowed
To write it down
Though my words just can't express
All I can do is try my best
This road alone it winds and turns
The sky so blue. The country burns
This ride alone I turn and wonder
At this great blue sky
I find myself under
Though the ground is scorched black.
Expression I may lack
But alone with you I know
One day It will all be back
