Today
Today is the day
to reach higher than before
to go where few have dared
to become more than what you were yesterday
It's time to touch a star
reach to grasp your dream
It's time to break your chains
shake free of those that have been holding you down
notice yesterday
See the mistakes
strive beyond them
Today let nothing hold you back
shine like a star
let darkness be no more
your light can no longer be contained
become the sun within your world
power is yours
don't give it to another
