Today

open the skies again
let a race begin
let the hours bargain
and acts be exposed or lie within

roll in the golden to the sky
let the yellow seep gradually away,
oh my
away forever,the time is neither yours or mine
but plain old ticking time

prickle on the lazy self,even you
to surge to a bidding blue
than dwell and gaze without a clue
that nimble is today,and waits
neither for me or you

the dawn is first damp
then gold,then grey
and later dark like a lifeless lamp
it owes not a second more
to anyday
it is shut,then opened ,then called today
