To You
What to do
When my heart begins to quiver
And my eyes create a river
Realizing it’s you
Where to look
When your face lingers my way
And your eyes trap my gaze
Knowing you read me like a book
What to do
When you turn away
Making it hard to say
The things I trapped that day
What to say
When my hands begin to shake
Not knowing how much more I can take
If I walk your way
Where to run
If your eyes are no longer mine
And I am no longer fine
Remembering all the fun
Where to hide
When my hands meet the floor
Behind a far away door
And you’re no long at my side
