To Whom

12/16/20

Underneath the sun and moon
To whom
It concerns, may this soon
Lead to a future boon
And prosperous bloom
Before doom
And ending up in a tomb
From a comet or sonic boom
As well as toxic fumes
Or an earthquake of high magnitude

Do you
But don't stay to the T.V. glued
Changing perspective and attitude
Causing one to brood
And remain in a state of gloom

Paid my dues
You haven't been in my shoes
I always had nothing to lose

Battled the blues
Drugs and alcohol abused
Often was short-fused
Because I got accused
Too often people will assume
Not giving any breathing or legroom

At times they will be rude
And want to feud
Due to having different opinions and views

Meanwhile others wanted to use
And leave a bruise
I was not at all amused
The impact was minor not huge

From the table you can be excused
Thought it was smooth
But it was so far from a power move

Celebrate with a barbeque
Or pay tribute with a tattoo

Following or going against taboo
Near and far from Bamboo
As well as stores stocked with Shampoo
Always did what I had to
No matter the snafu
Or if it went askew
Was able to outlast through
Any bad news
Always judging a book like a damn foo
Therefore, I quickly passed you
From here to beyond Katmandu
