"to Those Who Hurt"

My heart was once trampled...
My soul was once crushed..
I just move on and found words
to express my fuss...
I know that I have to love, can't 
change because of anothers ways..
So here I am today sitting and 
writing under the sky's rays..
I'm loved and needed , sometimes
more then I can bare..
I stretch myself so thin at times, because
you know how I have to care..
When life throws you a little heart ship..
Learn from the time, because before you 
know it another love you will sip like wine..
