To Those Who Do Not Believe

To those who do not believe

Here we stand, or I stand
alone atop this wicked world
alone i stood atop this strand
my blood-dyed flag unfurled.

Those of you who do not believe
that heroes have the right to bleed
I tell you to cast off the lies that deceive
to the westward future i will lead

I tell you this
so listen close
freedom we will sorely miss
if you fail the ones you love the most

Heroes come and then they go
under stone and buried sea
i stand here alone with martyrs ghosts
just so you will believe

death comes for us all
some will run and some will stay
only heroes will choose to stand so tall
in the coming of the last ancient day
