To the Surprise of the Sea
To The Surprise of The Sea
In place of me
There is you
You stand before me
Open door
In this light
The light of you
Makes of me
More for you
And the rolling eventide misses a beat
In forty minutes
Lost itself to a voice which spoke like centuries
With memories
They are love
Playing hand in hand down telephone wires
They are truth
To aching to be ignored
In their soul written lines
On sexual reams
Desirous depictions thrust their way
Ever naked
And the rolling ebb misses a beat
Its rhythm is with out end
In place of me
There is you
I have only just begun
