To the Soupers Who Stayed

Friends of poetry.
Men and women of words.
I present, myself.

I'm whiny.
I'm a brat.
And to be honest,
I'm annoying.

We all know we have flaws.
But mine stand out most of all.

But you stayed, souper.
Loyal to me.
I thank you for being kind.

Thanks fellow souper, this goes out to you.
This is for the ones,
Who want to help.

This is for the people, who got tears in their eyes.
This is for you, who felt bad.
Depression hasn't helped, but your support has.

I send hugs, and smiles your way.
And may your path never be grey.

I'd shake your hand if I could.
I really would.

I'd run to you, and thank you for your support.
but I can't right now so instead
I'll smile your way, and hope I put a smile on your head :)

You've helped me. You're loyal and kind.
And I promise,
I'll keep you in mind =)
