To the Heart Love Is Timeless

I've waited for a thousand years
To find a love like yours
Someone with a heart of gold
Who could see inside my soul

To get past all my imperfections
Just take me as I am
Cherish me as if I'm precious
Take my heart and take my hand

Lead me into our beautiful forever
Where are hearts they no longer suffer
They can beat in tune with each other's
What a lovely, lovely unselfish gesture

We can be free to love
Free to go where we choose
Just follow where our souls they lead
We can drift away on a dream come true

For time is just a passage
And love it is too, boundless
No measure of time will be long enough
To show you how I feel 

So I'll start with forever
If that's what it takes
To ensure my love is true
But just know in my soul
I'd wait a million years more.....
