To the Core
Clematis climbs the walls
Rippened apples fall
Back against the tree
Take the sun with me
Your head upon my chest
In my arms you rest
Safe and deep in love
Warmed by skies above
This special place of ours
Its potent magic powers
Pulls our hearts together
A feeling to last forever
And as the eyes we gaze
We while away our days
Lips that taste of wine
Reap this heart of mine
To sip your fragrant grace
That smile upon your face
Melts me to the core
In heaven I am for sure
