To the Brim Then What
I can fill you
to the brim
with chirps of living
but you're a dark flavored flower
(indigo perhaps?)
That likes to tilt and tip
reel things in
cast them out
move along
to the next heart town.
Step right up
enjoy the ride
two way ticket tearing
clownish smile
full speed ride.
What happens when throbbing subsides,
when silence fills the morning light
will you be comfortable wearing my skin
will you flee the bed still wet and warm
I can fill you to the brim,
(with blue bird chirps)
then what?
