To Sis

You were meant to live amongst
the stars
a place filled with pleasures
no competition _ to determine
you flaws
and your feats _ with no
measures

I read your letter of grief
and knew your views about life
and the things of your belief
it’s just the days of our life

but there’s a lot to say
to you and a lot to learn
from you, my eyes on you from
where I lay
thinking about a shoulder for
you to lean.
