To My Love

A letter to Gary-


I see you now, and forever, 
as you once saw yourself. 
Do not be  disillusioned, my love-  
You now contemplate mortality,
that you don't have forever. 
Realizing there is actually loneliness out there in the world
He is noticing his age, he is noticing his failures. 
Noticing his talent , yet simultaneously not trusting in them. 
I have noticed he is letting go of the old dreams 
I have always admired him for.
I have seen there is something there he desires, 
something he NEEDS and is confused about it.
 
Gary, you are the single most incredible Human Being 
I have ever known. 
In every way
You need to trust in your talents as you always have. 
You need to see yourself 
and worship yourself once again.
