To My Father

Thine mortgage is a montage
Teachers, Angels, God
I return to You
Wings clipped
Ready to Heal
Killing egos
Slaying dragons
Thank you
For seeing
Me through
Everything
From sitting
On soggy
Ground to
Wearing my shame
I want You back
For you Saved me
From myself

Sarah, your poem "To my Father" is a powerful and moving tribute to the love and support of a father. I am particularly struck by how you use the imagery of a montage, wings, and dragons to represent the journey of healing and self-discovery. Your poem is a testament to the power of love and forgiveness, and it offers readers a glimpse of hope and resilience. - Blessings, Daniel
