To My Dream Love

Last night it was raining,
The raindrops were chattering on the window glass
and the fragrance of soil was murmuring in my ear
the fragrance of my distant friend
Coming out from the refreshing water of the lake
Her body shining in the moonlit night
as if the body curves were glowing
Like the hill top and the velley down there
in the magical light of rising Moon .

But alas, it was a dream only
I wanted to keep my eyes closed for a while
Thinking that it was not a dream and the Goddess of Love
will come out of the lake water and will
put her warm kisses on my lips.

Alas ! it was a dream only …….
But a memorable dream
In which I could see the beauty of your refreshing body
In the showering light of full moon
What a rare experience to witness
The beauty of a charming and revealing body
In the glowing light of heavenly Moon.

Thank you my friend for giving me such a beautiful dream.

Ravindra
