To Love With Love

for the comfort during times of uncertainty and great pain I thank you for being present even when I didn't notice you and when I turned on myself and you seeming so untrue...but you held me up like a celebratory cup full of stars and hope catching my tears when they fall and that's not all...you are warm, sincere, and the best friend I've ever had... and yes, there have been times when you've made me mad 'cause I couldn't find you at times...were you hiding behind a tree counting to a hudred and three expecting me to seek and find... maybe that was the plan...and now I think I understand all that was hidden in me connected us and love, remember those times when I felt disconnected like my like the best in me and for me would never be...I thought it was all a fantasy... and you know I still struggle but the laughter has outweighed all of it...with you I don't feel so alone or lonely at home... love, there's so much more I could say...but for now, i'll say thank you...
