To Line and Die
You feel it don't you?
You feel the gathering dread?
You hear it don't you?
You hear the dark call?
Nothing around means anything anymore
Our hands, our feet, our legs and arms will soon be left cold
We try to remember something happy from before
We try to remember her eyes, her smile, her call
This little walk to line and die by bullet fire
The blindfolds seal the fate of life
The cold wall steals the hope of mind
With guns raised in ordered unison
We wait for the final call
Remember the face of the one you love
That sound and then that fall
Our fate sealed by human call.
