Notes About The Poem

Even after writing it, I'm not sure if this poem is shallow or deep...

To Life

Population Control
           Is on a roll
           In the West.
             Elsewhere, however,
             Babies are--
             Price-less.

Thanks for your kind words, Michelle!...btw: Perhaps it was unexpected, because the two words don't quite rhyme. (Priceless would need a 't' at the end). And yet, they're quite close to rhyming---kind of like a fastball just off the plate that the hitter goes for...Only in this case, it doesn't produce a strike-out!! Thanks, again.
