To Kiss You

I have dreamt
Of a thousand different ways
To kiss you.
My lips wait in secret surrender.
Urgent imaginings of
My hands in your hair
My truth
In your mouth
As I whisper your name
Your name
Your name.
Please forgive my abandon
For this will not be rehearsed
Passion will pour from me
Unfettered and free
For our captured moments
Are fleeting
And will not return with ease
So look into my eyes
Breathe on my breath
And please, allow me
To kiss you.
