To Kiss a Toad
I kissed a toad upon his nose
A blissful little toad he was
Of gray and blue and green and brown
I picked him up from on the ground
His eyes were big
His lips were lush
His toes were painted
Of pink and blush
I stared into his beedy eyes
They twinkled back to my surprise
He puckered up and so did I
Leaned right in and kissed not shy
A cloud of gray and blue arose
I coughed and sneezed and than time froze
The toad transformed before my eyes
A handsome Prince well dressed and wise
