To Heal Yourself
To heal yourself, you have to be yourself
Buy in fully
Claim the flesh body
as well as the spiritual body
Pay enough attention to it
That it does not die from neglect
Feign interest in it.
To like yourself, you have to try harder.
You have to look for the good.
Why can you not do for you what you can do for thousands of others?
Why is it so difficult to find a glimmer of yourself that is magnificent?
Your muse can find it, so send her.
Until you get wise.
Until you become a wise woman.
To love yourself, you have to own your mistakes.
Take them in your teeth and masticate them with pleasure.
Enjoy their salty, sweet, potato chip taste.
Swallow their sweet goodness,
realizing God makes no mistakes.
You are as wonderful as He could make you.
