To Die For
You don't really know the pain
You never hear the hurt, grasp for breath
See the torture through the eyes depth
Their face you tell beneath their silence
Ready to go, acceptance to death is easier
Than the pain of the world we leave
Through love we share times passing
We grow, drift away life of our own
Sickness all around, danger just partake
We die each day killing ourselves
Our souls, what hurt that it still cares
The evil from within darkness depths
Like woman scorned, revenge is seek
No responsibility, looking point blame
Everything we touch has word kill
Heart of one wicked as the next
We die, just to live or purpose walk
It comes quickly, comes lingering like a fog
Devouring flesh, eating from inside
Reaper, few steps beyond journey path
Its breath, breathing like constant wind
We know no day, death be certain
Our dying days, we live without thought withering away
To die for, to be or not to be
Or unto death our last breath to the grave
