To Celebrate My Life

Can you, O Lord,
Dim the sun a bit,
And brighten
the moon some?

Can you mix wine
in the seas a bit,
And add in the winds
fragrance some?

Can you splash colors
over the clouds a bit,
And add music
to the rains some?

Can you sling a swing
over the rainbow a bit,
And toss confetti
with the snow some?

I can then revel
in my life a bit,
And greet death
with smiles some!
