To Be With You

Tear drops fell like rain that day, Listening to what he had to say. My heart ached,i could feel the pain, It was more than I can take. It's flying through my head, The words he said. The day I die, Please don't cry. Wipe your eyes, I'll be looking at you from the deep blue skies. I'll be watching with a smile, So babygirl look up for a while. If I have to, I'll become the air for you. I'll be with you till your last breath, So don't give up just yet. Everyday I look up at the sky, Remembering what you say. But daddy when I snap back to reality, You're not here with me. I can't help but live my life in regret, I didn't want to say goodbye just yet. If I had a second chance, I'll take back the cruel words I said. I'll listen to every lecture, You gave me about the future. Instead of going out and lime, With you I would of spent my time. If I knew, You were about to leave to. If I had a second chance, I would have asked back for you, When I was three, Mommy left me. In the neighborhood where all the parents stood, Mommy was not here but you've always been there. If I had a second chance, I wouldn't have thrown the blame on you. I just want you to know I don't blame you no more, And if I really had a second chance you're the one I would ask for.
