To be a poet

And the irony indeed
You wanted to be a poem
Admired, loved so truly
To be preserved through centuries
And God makes you a poet
To feel everything so deeply
To look at the moon and see unfinished words
To look at the sea and see endless abundance
To look into the night
And see never-ending darkness...
And choose not to fear it
But to keep writing
And never stop willingly....
