To Be a Butterfly

Gazing up at silent skies
Watching graceful butterflies
Dancing, prancing so care free
I close my eyes and wish to be
Above the land and wild blue sea
And when I awake from this sweet dream
I sigh
I smile
Peacefully
Gazing up at hazy skies
Delightful little butterflies
They seam to be watching me
As one gently rests upon my knee
To my surprise, and on this day
They take my hand, I fly away
I fly
I smile
I've come to stay
