To a Great Mom

We feel that we know you completely
But all we know is a little only.

We speak about our achievements in a pompous way
And often forget to notice the silent performer in you.

You never feel bad for being the outlet of our anger.
But you are the one who satiates everyone’s hunger. 

Your grandchildren may consider you as an old granny.
But they’ll stun when come to know your accomplishments.  

If we glide into the previous pages,
We can find how you...

Nourished as a mother!
Preached as a teacher!
Supported as a life-partner!
Harmonized as a coordinator! 
Resolved as a chief advisor!

Your thoughts as innocent smiles of rich hued blooms 
And actions with the glory of unseen suffused scent

You are the real all-rounder
And you are the best Giver!
