To a fallen leader

Failures are stepping stones for success,
Never feel ashamed of your defeats.
They will help you to learn,
The reasons for your downfall.
Try to rectify your mistakes,
It makes you to see the reality.
Leave behind your thirst for power,
Quench it with good qualities for a leader.
Wait till you are moulded and shaped well
Leadership needs perfection.
Erase all the past errors,
Be free of errors in future.
Realisation is a great guide,
Experience is a good teacher.
Keep all these in your mind,
Victory will be in your hand.
