So prickly and mean?
Does this mean love?
It does, why does it
Seem so harsh?
I am made prickly
For protection and it
Reminds me of the harsh
Times that I’ve been through.
Yes, this is love
Red is the color of love
And it is a strong meaning.
Love is harsh because
You have to take the good
With the bad.
