Tista and Me

My destiny was pierced by Cupid’s Arrow.
And I was also ready with
The bow and the arrows pointing
Towards the shadows around her.
Then she stopped me and said
They are my friends.
I smiled with a plaintive sigh and
Shot the arrows towards the sky, cupid.
She doesn't know.
