Tired of Alone

Can you share me some truth
No softly whispered lies
Spare me the excuses
That lounge behind your eyes

My foundation is dust
A heart molded of clay
Shaped by adversity
Fired by dismay

(Chorus)
	I need a guiding hand
	A fearless lions heart
	Someone to lift my chin
	Direct me where to start

Being with all alone
Gives me little succor
But it gives something more
Than just mem’rys of her

Whisper only the truth
Please spare me all the lies
None of the excuses
Concealed within your eyes

(Chorus)
	I need a guiding hand
	A fearless lions heart
	Someone to lift my chin
	Direct me where to start

Could you spare me some time
I’m tired of alone
Give me a sculpting hand
To shape this heart of stone.

I live this song!!!! Will the music be soft or bold fast or slow. Will you get a guitarist or is it for piano or? Whichever I'd love to soak my ears in it! Please soup mail me once you put music to it. I have done so with my lyric the repost of Because U Drink And Drive on my first page now. If you are curious give an ear to it. I sang as I can not afford a singer AND a producer. I'm curious of your thoughts being a brilliant writer yourself. Looking forward to hearing YOUR song. Love and light

The lyrics are sad, so my sympathy to your connection to it. But otherwise, thank you for the kind words and the much too generous compliment. I don’t compose music, but I have a few friends that do. If one of them is inclined to put music to it, I will share. I did listen to your Because U Drink and Drive. I hope this is imagined and not a first hand experience. I thought you did a wonderful job singing and producing this yourself. Best regards —MDJ
