Tingle
the tingle you felt on your lips
one last small reminder
a connection that is always there
the rest that you shed blindly
always that same chemistry
you the match held to my flame
igniting things in both of us
with neither you nor I to blame
I can't promise to hold it in
like a desert fire it will blaze
always a spark to be rekindled, and not
extinguished by monsoon rain
