Timewaster

You call yourself the TimeDrifter..
But really, thats not true.
Because otherwise time wouldn't matter..
Like the last three years according to you.

You've openly expressed your regrets..
And told me I've wasted your time.
So I gather my efforts were in vain..
Lost moments costing you your prime.

So tell me what did you lose?
Was meeting me such a big mistake?
How would your life be better?
What sacrifices did you make?

And what about the first year and a half?
You didn't mention that was lost.
What changed in the last three years..
I gave you my time no regrets of cost.

I think of all the good times..
The music, the energy and fun.
No one else could even come close..
Our common interests a million to one.

Fool me for thinking you were happy..
You've regreted us as it appears.
My time was as precious as yours..
TimeWaster my crime of three years.
