Times Sure Are A-Changing

Where have all our good folks gone
Who’d go to church on Sundays?
Where are all those “good” folks now
Our churches are half full?
Where are all our once neighbors
Who greeted us with “Hello”,
Who don’t speak to us no more? …
Times sure are a-changing.

Where are all our neighbors gone?
Our town used to be so full
Of “Hellos” and “How are yous”.
Now it seems no one speaks…
They just look straight ahead and
Most I’ve seen in protests for
One thing or another thing…
Times sure are a-changing.
