Times of Trouble

it will not leave me,this grief and pain.I have seen death and its violent form since the womb, none compares to this and my loss of you. Held you in my arms and I told you a lie,I looked into youre fading eyes and I lied to you,I told you its ok,I will be alright,I will see you later. oh what a liar I am even in youre final hour at youre last breath I shared with you just one more. the truth in all of this I saw in youre eyes, the truth is that all of it goes fast but my pain is still with me. this side of heaven is a war,my true peace comes when I am returned to you.you see jesus needs to keep me here here so that in my final hour someone can perhaps hold me and tell me one more lie.
