The clocks - tick, hum, blink knowing they count only coup on time's passing No bagpipes mourn time's endless deaths her moments laid to rest Yet time as stoic mourns them all as sunrise moves to set Time is - and was - and so must be a shadow of its self John G. Lawless 5/19/2020
