Timeless
Timeless
In love, our two souls entwine
Each second stands apart from time
And each moment remains as new
Forever whole, not cut in two
So even if our time seems short
And Death appears the greedy sort
To separate such love as ours
Beyond this Earth, the moon and stars
His hands can never take away
The love we've felt this very day
And while we may not hold it close
Our past exists as if a ghost
And there our love will always shine
As it still stands apart from time
And each moment remains as new
Forever whole, not cut in two
So do not be afraid to love
Or fear the certain ending of
The greatest thing we've ever known
Don't curse our hearts to beat alone
Should heaven shine upon our path
Let love invoke a heartfelt laugh
Embrace each moment of our lives
And know that true love never dies
